Fresh seafood is only worth shipping if it arrives as fresh as it left the dock. Here's exactly how we pack and ship every order.
Every fillet is vacuum-sealed and packed on gel ice in an insulated liner, so it holds market temperature from our dock to your door.
Orders placed before 1pm local time, Monday through Thursday, are cut and packed the same day and usually arrive the next morning.
We ship overnight anywhere in the U.S. Live shellfish travels in breathable packaging with the right amount of ice for the season.
If anything shows up warm or off, tell us and we replace it. That's been the deal since 1985.
